I didn’t receive or can’t find my receipt. What should I do?

If you made your purchase in-store and did not receive a receipt, please contact the retailer directly, as we’re unable to process claims without a valid full purchase receipt. This must include the date of purchase, store, and itemised products. EFT receipts will be deemed invalid.

How many cashback rewards are still available?

Cashback rewards are available in limited quantities and are issued on a first valid claim basis.

Once all rewards have been claimed, the promotion and promotional site will close. We recommend submitting your claim as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

I’m having trouble completing the claim form. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing issues:

  • Make sure all required fields are completed
  • Check your file uploads meet the size and format requirements
  • Try using a different browser or device
  • If problems persist, please contact our support team with details of the issue and screenshots if possible.

When will I receive my Visa cashback card?

Once your claim has been successfully validated, you can expect to receive your Visa cashback card within the timeframe outlined in the promotion terms and conditions.

Please allow additional time during peak periods.

My claim was declined. Can I resubmit?

If your claim was declined due to missing or unclear information, you may be able to resubmit, provided the promotion is still open and you meet all eligibility criteria.

Please carefully review the reason for rejection and ensure all required documents are clearly uploaded before submitting again.
